We are urgently hiring a Business Development Executive (Talent Search Service) for Myanmar leading HR service Provider Company.
Company – Service (HR Outsourcing)
Position – Business Development Executive (Talent Search)
Location – Unit B, 1st Floor, 99 Condo, Dhammazedi Road, Kamayut, Yangon, Myanmar Working Hours/Days – Mon – Fri (8:30AM – 5:15PM)
Saturday (Alternative – 2 weeks per month) – (8:30 AM to 1:00 PM) Salary – Negotiate
Benefits – Transportation allowance, Ph bill allowance
Job Description:
- Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
- Keep prospective client database updated
- Make cold calls for new business leads
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers
- Management and use of social media channels/marketing tools for recruitment
- Reviewing clients’ feedback and implementing necessary changes.
Job Requirements:
- Any Bachelor Degree, preferably in Business Administration Diploma
- At least 3 years’ experience in related field, prior experience in Recruitment field would be Advantage
- Great networking and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Englis
- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
- Smart and well dedicated person
